By accessing or using the NovaRisc Digital mobile application and platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.
1 Earnings & Income
- Earnings ka base hai e-books selling aur MLM referrals ke through income generation.
- Income results may vary based on individual effort, sales performance, and network growth.
- No guaranteed income promises are made. Success depends on your dedication and sales skills.
- Commission structure is transparent and displayed within the app for all levels.
2 Platform Fee & Charges
- Platform fee: 12% of total earnings will be deducted for platform maintenance and services.
- Upgrade charges apply at each level promotion as per the defined structure.
- All fees are transparently displayed before any transaction.
- Fee structure may be updated with prior notice to all members.
3 Rewards & Gift Dispatch
- Jackpot prizes and gifts will be dispatched within 30-50 days of winning confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability of rewards.
- Winners will be notified via app notification and registered email/phone.
- Company reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value.
4 Bank Details & Payouts
- Sahi bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) provide karna member ki responsibility hai.
- Incorrect bank details ke karan payment failures ke liye company responsible nahi hogi.
- Minimum withdrawal amount and processing time will be as per platform policies.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and approval.
5 Account Suspension & Termination
- Fraud, misuse, or violation of platform rules may result in immediate account suspension.
- Creating multiple accounts or fake referrals is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to manipulate the system or earnings will lead to account termination.
- Suspended accounts will forfeit all pending earnings and benefits.
6 Disputes & Resolution
- All disputes must be reported through official support channels within 7 days.
- Company ka decision sabhi disputes ke liye final aur binding hoga.
- Members are encouraged to resolve issues through customer support first.
- Legal jurisdiction for disputes will be as per Indian laws.
7 User Conduct & Responsibilities
- Members must maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times.
- False advertising or misleading claims about earnings are prohibited.
- Members are responsible for maintaining account security and password confidentiality.
- Any illegal activity or harassment will result in immediate termination.
8 Modifications to Terms
- NovaRisc Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Members will be notified of significant changes via app notifications and email.
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
- Previous versions of terms will be archived and available upon request.
